Why have I not received an email from you?
Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep unwanted mail or ‘spam’ out of customers’ inboxes. But all too often, they also filter the e-mail that you want to receive.

So if you were expecting an email from us and did not receive it, please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders as mail is sometimes placed there incorrectly. To avoid this problem, please follow our whitelisting guide to make sure your mail gets through. If you are unable to find the email, please contact us.

How do I download my report or products?

Step 1: Before you begin downloading the files, we recommend you create a new folder (with a suitable name) in your “My Documents” (if you’re using Windows).

Step 2: To save the file(s) to your computer simply click your right mouse button over the download link(s). Then click on either “Save Link As” in Netscape/Firefox or “Save Target As” in Explorer. A download screen will then come up asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer. If you created a folder at Step 1, you should save to that one; otherwise use any suitable file on your computer. When you save the file, you will be able to access it in that folder on your computer.

Step 3: If the file you have downloaded is a ‘zip’ file, you will need to ‘unzip’ it.  This is a standard option on most computers but, if necessary, you can obtain special software here.

Step 4: For PDF files: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files.  Most computers have Adobe Reader installed.  However, if your computer doesn’t have it, you can get a FREE download of the latest version here. For audio files: You can either listen to the audio files live or you can download them to your computer.  To listen to the files live, just click on the appropriate link.  To download, click on the right mouse button over the link or icon and follow the instructions above for a PDF download.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

If you have purchased your product through Clickbank, your bank or credit card statement will show a payment to Clickbank or CLK*BNK.COM. Some purchases will show a charge from “MindPower Marketing” and may also (or instead) show the name of the payment processor, which could be “2CheckOut.com” or “PayPal”, depending on the purchase. Please note this so that when your statement arrives you will know what the charge is for.

Can I resell your products?
No.  Unless specifically stated otherwise, you do not have the right to resell our products. Please consider our affiliate program.
